In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess ALL of the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA Applicant Must Have the following: At least 1 years' experience planning and executing special events at a medium to large sized garrison. Minimum of 2 years' experience in writing OPORDS and creating CONOPS. Experience briefing Garrison and MWR Leadership to include Internal Progress Reviews (IPR)for Special Events. 2 years minimum experience creating contracts and utilizing PRISM. 1 years' experience as a community activity center manager or equivalent. Your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under both minimum qualifications and highly qualified criteria above to be considered highly qualified.
