Medical malpractice insurance coverage is included.  Compensation for this position is structured as a per-visit rate that varies based on scheduled hours per month. The physician per-visit rate ranges from $28.50 to $33.00, with higher rates available for greater monthly scheduling commitments: $28.50 for 0–19 hours, $30.00 for 20–39 hours, $31.50 for 40–59 hours, and $33.00 for 60+ hours.
