About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience researching Navy, Joint and Department of War strategy and policy guidance, and applying the relevant guidance to ongoing projects and assignments. Experience briefing senior executives and flag officers on complex matters, and then applying their decisions and guidance. Experience analyzing Navy and Joint doctrine at the tactical and operational level, and both determining misalignment and providing recommended changes. Experience providing leadership, direction and professional development to a team of three to five personnel.
