About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Provides guidance to enlisted personnel, branch team members, and various commands throughout the agency regarding the enlisted retirement/fleet reserve process; 2. Uses automated human resources and payroll systems to manage, process and track personnel actions; 3. Delivers clear and professional oral and written communications; and 4. Demonstrates administrative skills necessary to ensure efficient operations of the position (i.e. time management, work scheduling, setting goals and priorities, and problem solving).
