About the role

To qualify for the position of Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (CTAP/ICTAP), at GS-0201-15, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. Specialized Experience: For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Providing Human Resources services in support of human resources regulations and policies for actions effecting the Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Professional (SP) and Political Personnel; 2) Generating new concepts, principles, methods, or procedures in cross-functional human resources services (i.e. compensation, workforce planning, HR IT, classification, staffing, etc.) for innovation or organizational improvement; AND 3) Performing analytical studies, providing insight into implications of findings, developing implementation plans, and recommending innovation opportunities or resolutions. You MUST meet all qualification requirements, including time-in-grade, by the 08/01/2026 of this announcement.
