You may qualify at the NH 3 , if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-2 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Engage in the planning and management of complex acquisition programs; verifying the achievement of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with key stakeholders to align project objectives. Identify critical program risks and formulate proactive mitigation plans to maintain operational continuity.
