About the role

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan Priority Placement Program, DoD Military Spouse Preference (MSP) Eligible Specialized experience: One year of experience which include (1) exercise managerial control over construction programs and projects; 2) developing standard methods and procedures to be used in managing projects and funds; 3) developing and submitting budgets for design and construction funds with signatory authority in the area of budget allocation; 4) providing guidance and review on program execution plans, reprogramming actions, and design and construction directives for reasonableness of cost, conformance with criteria, and compliance with policies and procedures and 5) attending meetings with appropriate agency officials, contractors and representatives to discuss and/or resolve concerns associated with management of planning, design, and construction funding and other potential program/project impacts. In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
