Support and manage an active docket of disputes and litigation matters, including developing and executing case strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Represent the company in smaller litigation matters, including regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and other third-party requests for information. Manage outside counsel for more complex litigation matters, including providing strategic guidance and thought leadership, case management, and coordinating internally with business teams to gather relevant information. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on litigation-related matters, including risk assessments, proactive solutions, and mitigation strategies. Support the development and implementation of the company’s discovery and litigation hold processes. Provide guidance and updates to management on litigation matters in coordination with the Senior Litigation Counsel. Maintain effective communication with insurance carriers and other third parties.
