Own the intake, scoping, and documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the business. Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and partner with technical resources to deliver solutions. Lead the execution of mid-sized projects (enhancements, process improvements, new workflows) from concept through deployment. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned initiatives, driving alignment and managing expectations. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and proactively recommend improvements. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and related systems. Support prioritization efforts by helping assess scope, impact, and level of effort across requests. Design scalable, well-structured solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Independently manage mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects. Continuously improve processes, data quality, and system design.
