About the role

DG-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04/05) grade level or (DG-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing routine technical support and advice to coworkers, employees, and/or supervisors at various levels of an organization; 2) Assisting in researching regulations, processes, and procedures to advise others; 3) Assisting in preparing and reviewing paperwork to be processed, ensuring completeness and accuracy; 4) Using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. DG-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05/06) grade level or (DG-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Providing technical human resources support and advice to coworkers, employees, and supervisors at various levels of an organization; 2) Researching regulations, processes, and procedures to advise others; 3) Preparing and reviewing human resources paperwork to be processed, ensuring completeness and accuracy; 4) Using computer system such as DCPDS, USA Staffing, and Onboarding Manager.
