GS-14 Minimum Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: exhibiting thorough knowledge of regulations, policies, and statistics pertaining to power system electrical utility operation and management, ensuring compliance with electrical utility regulatory agencies; maintaining electric utility standards as applicable to power programs in order to effectively plan and program implementation of power construction, repair, and rehabilitation projects; and planning and directing the management of power for electric utility customers living in remote areas.
