SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR (SCREEN-OUT) - A Selective Placement Factor (SPF) has been identified for this position. In addition to the Driver License Requirement above, you must also meet one of the following to qualify for this position: Experience: Applicants must possess one (1) full year of general experience performing progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Experience includes providing customer service and communicating with a wide variety of people of different backgrounds. NOTE: Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week for such employment. OR Education Substitution: Successful completion of two (2) full years of education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. OR Combination of Experience and Education: Equivalent combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience, as described above, which meet total qualification requirements at the GS-4 grade level.
