Experience providing customer service and facilitating the timely completion of employee requests for assistance on the full range of administrative processing areas to meet their needs. Experience establishing and maintaining improvement methods and initiatives, processes and procedures that result in increased quality and cost-effectiveness. Experience gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources, identifying patterns and presenting the data to justify and defend needs to management.
