Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Review pay and personnel allowances & entitlements in accordance with laws and regulations; 2) Ensure records maintenance is performed in automated personnel systems for quality assurance and/or Monitor personnel actions (e.g. separations, transfers, and retirements) for inclusion in the Official Military Personnel File (OMPF); 3) Utilize various automated systems to verify pay and personnel actions; 4) Identify gaps in workflow processes and Establish workload to achieve efficiency of operations; 5) Advise customers on policy concerning pay and personnel accounts and resolve complex pay and personnel questions and issues; and 6) Reviews transactions submitted to update service member's pay and personnel records.
