Role Summary As a Customer Service VA, you will be the front line of our brand. You will support daily operations by managing direct client inquiries via phone and live chat. This role requires a blend of administrative precision and a warm, outgoing communication style to ensure every customer feels valued and supported. Key Responsibilities ● Customer Engagement: Manage live chats and answer incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor. ● Operations Support: Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure orders and inquiries are processed efficiently. ● Inquiry Management: Address questions regarding product details, shipping status, and design specifications. ● Data Maintenance: Update and manage customer information and logistics tracking within spreadsheets. Candidate Requirements ● Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English. Working Hours (EST) We are looking for two candidates to share the following schedule.
