Job Responsibilities At Trafilea, AI isn’t an experiment—it’s becoming a core part of how we build, operate, and grow our consumer brands. We’re looking for a Tech Manager – AI to lead the team building production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact. You’ll combine technical leadership, architecture, and people management to take AI from business opportunity to production—building LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization systems, and scalable AI infrastructure that directly impact millions of customer experiences. You will: Architect and scale AI systems in production (LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization) Design multi-agent workflows and AI microservices that operate at scale Turn business problems into AI-driven solutions with measurable impact Ship AI features that directly improve conversion, retention, and customer experience Build and lead a high-performance AI team (2–5 hires per quarter) Establish MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure
