ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (TITLE 32)

MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air/Army National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade - Lt Col (O-5) Minimum Military Grade - 2nd Lt (O-1) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess experience, education or training in managing or directing, one or more programs, including appropriate supporting service organizations; supervisory, managerial, professional or technical work experience and/or training which has provided you with knowledge of management principles, practices, methods and techniques; and experience using computer and automation systems. GS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess 36 months of specialized experience in administrative, supervisory, managerial, professional or technical work which demonstrates your ability to oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of programs and policies pertaining to the command, control, operation and management of the Air National Guard. The specialized experience must also demonstrate your ability to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data and recognizing solutions; develop plans to facilitate the availability and effective utilization of various resources; organize and coordinate work effectively to meet management objectives; administer resources; and communicate and deal with others in an effective manner.
