About the role

You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. Time-in-Grade/Band Current Federal employees must have completed 52 weeks in a position equivalent to the next lower band (NQ-2) or GS-12. Specialized Experience A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02 or GS-12. Specialized experience is experience providing expert advice and guidance to senior leadership officials, managers, and managers on a wide variety of employee relations matters such as performance issues, conduct actions, grievances, investigations, etc.; researching, interpreting, and applying federal civilian employee relations practices, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Enforcement Guidance, Department or Agency policies and procedures, and current case law; and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions. CTAP/ICTAP candidates CTAP and ICTAP candidates will be eligible for selection priority if it is determined that they have exceeded the minimum qualifications for the position by attaining at least a "well qualified" rating of 85 out of 100.
