Bachelor's degree in business or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND three years of experience in the occupation, or a related field or work area, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Managerial experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge of the principals, methods, techniques, and systems of service operations. Knowledge of: Nonappropriated Fund procurement and contracting regulations and procedures; ability to devise, administer, supervise and perform work involved in collecting, editing, computing, compiling, analyzing and presenting data; ability to devise and establish administrative systems and procedures for implementation of laws, regulations, and directives.
