Champlain Rehab Solutions emerged from the integration of COTA Health, a not-for-profit rehabilitation services organization founded in 1973, and VHA Home HeathCare (VHA), a not-for-profit nursing, personal support, and community support services agency established in 1925. Our Champlain Rehab Solutions division in Ottawa provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy and social work services for clients to achieve the best outcomes possible.
