About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Leading multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams in the execution of complex technical operations providing strategic direction, mentoring civilian and military personnel, aligning team efforts with broader command mission objectives, and driving critical decision-making in a high-stakes operational environment. 2.) Planning, coordination, and execution of Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) for aviation platforms such as formulating comprehensive test plans, managing test risk, overseeing flight test execution, and analyzing post-flight data to ensure compliance with strict safety, performance, and airworthiness standards. 3.) Forecasting, allocating, and optimizing critical resources to meet stringent mission timelines. 4.) Experience in the formulation, execution, and oversight of complex budgets. 5.) Experience building and sustaining strategic, collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.
