About the role

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For the GS-15, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Advising leadership on workforce composition and long-range workforce planning strategies; AND Leading restructuring initiatives, consolidations, and realignment efforts to support evolving business needs; AND Supervising a staff of Human Resource professionals responsible for Staffing, Recruitment, and Classification functions; AND Leading labor union/management relations and bargaining negotiations; AND Guiding Human Resource policy development and compliance operations. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
