Key Responsibilities The mission of the Accounting Specialist is to ensure accurate and timely execution of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting , supporting Trafilea’s growth with a scalable and compliant finance foundation. This role plays a critical part in monthly close, financial statement preparation, and intercompany transactions, while also contributing to audit readiness and process improvements. Closing & Reporting : Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews for key accounts (Revenue, COGS). Audit Readiness : Provide accurate, timely documentation for external audits. Intercompany Transactions : Maintain accuracy of intercompany balances and agreements. Financial Statements : Prepare reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders. Process Improvements : Contribute to optimization of accounting processes and infrastructure. Compliance : Ensure adherence to IFRS standards; SOX/US GAAP knowledge is a plus
