About the role

DG-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04/05) grade level or (DG-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using data gathering methods, such as surveys, questionnaires, or reviewing records, to collect information; 2) Documenting and ensuring proper human resources policies, procedures, rules and regulations are followed; 3) Coordinating travel for an organization, including itineraries, travel amendments, and reimbursement; 4) Assisting with organizational recruitment, including coordinating interviews and recruitment events. DG-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05/06) grade level or (DG-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using data gathering methods, such as surveys, questionnaires, or reviewing records, to collect information; 2) Documenting the conditions of management or program operations and recommending improvements; 3) Implementing customer support for site travel i.e. visit coordination, order preparation, itinerary, voucher processing, and amendments; 4) Assembling site visit and interview packages for Career Fairs or other recruiting events.
