About the Team The Client Portal team (CLIP) is a product-critical domain team at TrueML. We own the systems that give clients visibility and control over their account inventory, configuration settings, and operational analytics. Our flagship effort is the OTP Client Portal — a unified, multi-product platform designed to consolidate and replace the legacy Recover and Retain client-facing applications. We also own the Entity Configuration Service, a platform-level hierarchical data store that other domain teams depend on managing client settings across TrueML's entity model.
