About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Administering and serving as a technical specialist for Human Resources programs; 2) Advising managers, employees, and other customers on a variety of Human Resources policies, regulatory procedures, and program-related issues; 3) Drafting Human Resources documents, such as standard operating procedures, reports, and correspondence; 4) researching complex guidelines to identify and apply appropriate HR solutions to employees and managers.
