About the Position FiscalNote is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to help foster a best-in-class recruiting operation. Working cross-functionally, you will blend strategic talent vision with hands-on execution. You will build deep relationships internally and externally, managing full-lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer, while elevating our community engagement, ATS workflows, and employer branding. This role requires a proactive partner who can drive key hires—focusing heavily on sales, technical, and developmental roles—while simultaneously coaching hiring teams, tracking performance metrics, navigating recruiting technology, and laying the groundwork for new talent markets.
