to join our team as a
US Healthcare Coordinator
in a
remote setup

Key Responsibilities:
Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications
Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
Support day-to-day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally

Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is an advantage
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative tasks preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
