Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager People Team inquiries, providing timely, high-quality support. Manage and resolve helpdesk requests, escalating complex issues as needed. Execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and HR administration. Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across People systems. Create and maintain knowledge base content, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Support compliance, records management, audits, and policy administration activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and operational best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the employee experience.
