Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing and directing project management and/or technical staff in the planning, design and/or construction of large civil works projects; leading multi-discipled teams including engineering, construction, contracting environmental, real estate and/or resource management functions; representing an organization, on all technical matters, to high level internal and external contacts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
