About the role

GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing support services to the Human Resources Director (HRD) and Human Resources Specialist in the areas of Staffing/Recruitment, Position Management/classification, Labor and Employee Relations, and Performance Management as needed. GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative assistance to support a Human Resources Office, including data processing; preparing correspondence, memorandums, forms, and reports; maintaining files and databases; and general office duties (e.g. greeting guests, answering telephones, receiving and distributing mail, etc.). This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
