Position Overview The Medical Director - Clinical Affairs serves as a vital strategic clinical partner bridging Included Health, our strategic clients, and external stakeholders. This role is designed for a visionary physician-leader who can think of new and creative ways—leveraging data and technology—to improve the healthcare experience in a way that promotes better clinical and financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will not only represent the value of Included Health’s clinical offerings to support growth and retention but will also act as an executive-level clinical advisor to our most complex clients. They will translate population health data into actionable clinical campaigns, clinically steer multi-vendor ecosystems (including TPAs and carriers), and collaborate with internal business strategy teams to scale repeatable clinical solutions in the market.
