Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience directing the planning and execution of strategic and operational level force protection programs and theater-wide campaign plans, while supervising large, multidisciplinary teams of senior military officers and civilian personnel. Experience leading the integration and compliance of maritime force protection, physical security, and law enforcement policies across diverse organizational boundaries from executive service headquarters to operational units. Experience implementing national and service-level security directives, to include analyzing geopolitical and technological risks to establish protection plans for defense critical infrastructure. Experience managing security resource programming within the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System, to include identifying capability gaps and defending program budget submissions to resource sponsors. Experience orchestrating the development and global fielding of advanced threat mitigation capabilities, to include directing the strategic integration of counter-unmanned systems and artificial intelligence technologies.
