Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Systems

Lead large cross-functional programs spanning Business Systems Engineering, Product, Support Operations, Finance, Marketing, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Own program execution — driving scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating high-level, ambiguous business goals into clearly documented systems and technical requirements that enable scalable, working solutions. Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment through changing priorities. Partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows. Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data, and integration impacts; influence scalable design decisions and mitigate risks in collaboration with engineering team. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
