You will build and develop a pipeline of high-potential sellers, support their onboarding, and help them grow successfully on the platform.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Working closely with commercial teams, category experts and other stakeholders, you will contribute to sustainable revenue growth by supporting sellers throughout the early stages of their journey on Catawiki Live.</p> <h1>What You’ll Do</h1> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Identify, qualify and develop new seller leads through online research, outreach and collaboration with sales representatives and category experts.</li> <li>Activate high-potential sellers to join Catawiki Live and expand the seller pipeline.</li> <li>Onboard new sellers to Catawiki Live, helping them understand how to succeed in the live auction format.</li> <li>Support a smooth pre- and post-live experience for newly onboarded sellers.</li> <li>Collaborate with category experts and internal stakeholders to develop growth plans for sellers.</li> <li>Build educational content for the Catawiki Live Seller Academy to help sellers maximise success through live auctions.</li> <li>Develop category knowledge to better support sellers and identify growth opportunities.</li> </ul> <h1>What You’ll Bring</h1> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.</li> <li>At least 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or similar commercial roles.</li> <li>A strong commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.</li> <li>An entrepreneurial approach and strong problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>An interest in online marketplaces, with an affinity for collecting or understanding seller communities.</li> <li>Experience using Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google Slides.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Dutch with additional European languages, and knowledge of live streaming platforms considered a plus.</li> </ul> <h1>How We Work</h1> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Collaborate closely with sales teams, category experts and other internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Support sellers throughout the early stages of their journey on Catawiki Live.</li> <li>Contribute to a cross-functional growth initiative focused on scaling Catawiki Live.</li> <li>Learn about marketplace commercial functions, including Sales and Category Management, while developing seller growth strategies.</li> </ul> <h1>Where You’ll Be</h1> <p>This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam.
