To qualify for the GS-14 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-13 federal grade level. Examples of specialized experience include: providing technical and advisory services to senior management related to financial management, human resources, procurement, and timekeeping and facilities management; overseeing the office's correspondence functions and procedures; supervising the operations of subordinate administrative staff; and planning and establishing program goals, objectives, and measurement criteria.
