FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates: Utilizes the full range of modules within the USA Staffing system including talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, and familiarity with reporting Identifies areas for process and system improvement to enhance customer, new hire, or human resources user interactions with an automated HR system Explains and implements changes to processes, procedures, and system tasks Applies knowledge of the interrelationships of various Human Resources specialties and how system processes, functions, and capabilities are affected by those interactions Compiles data from databases, spreadsheets, and other system outputs and independently formats it, creates charts and graphs, and summarizes information to meet customer needs Note: There is no education substitution for this grade level.
