Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Showcase solutions, primarily using Ruby on Rails. Define and drive technical direction for Showcase initiatives, including user experiences, experimentation surfaces, and supporting platform capabilities. Build and improve instrumentation, analytics, and monitoring workflows that support product-led growth experiments and help the team understand usage patterns and experience quality. Partner closely with Product and peer engineering teams to translate roadmap goals into scalable, well-scoped technical work. Use data and sound engineering judgment to improve workflows, identify friction, and ensure users have a reliable, low-friction experience throughout Showcase. Be a technical thought leader for the team, providing architectural and design direction and helping shape long-term engineering strategy. Continuously improve solution quality through code reviews, testing, and strong engineering practices. Set standards for excellence and help develop processes that make the team continuously more effective. Lead greater efforts by breaking down ambiguous problems, validating designs, mentoring engineers, and serving as a technical point of contact for stakeholders. Collaborate across the stack when needed, moving between UI, backend systems, data models, and internal integrations to deliver cohesive solutions.
