About the role

For the NH-03 Pay Band: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advisory services on human resources functions (e.g. Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, Labor/Management-Employee Relations (LMER), or Human Resources Development) for an organization to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations. For the NH-02 Pay Band: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-04 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing human resources functions (e.g. Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, Labor/Management-Employee Relations (LMER), or Human Resources Development) for an organization to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
