Coordinate execution across multiple engineering squads and partner teams, ensuring dependencies, ownership, and delivery milestones stay aligned. Drive large-scale transformation initiatives involving process redesign, automation, system migrations, and third-party integrations. Collaborate with teams across Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Analytics, and Operations to deliver resilient, scalable solutions. Manage delivery with external vendors and financial partners, proactively identifying risks and ensuring programs stay on track. Improve how work gets done by strengthening Agile delivery practices, CI/CD processes, governance frameworks, and program reporting. Provide clear, actionable communication to senior leadership on program health, risks, trade-offs, and execution progress. Mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners, helping elevate delivery discipline and operational maturity across the organization.
