GS-09: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Responding to a variety of customer inquiries from individuals, businesses, or members of the public by explaining program requirements, eligibility criteria, and available resources; and Working as a member of a team or group to achieve goals, objectives or metrics to produce deliverables while adapting to changing priorities; and Reviewing and evaluating financial criteria and supporting documentation including tax returns, income (profit and loss) statements, schedule of liabilities, balance sheets, and/or other financial documents. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. OR 2 academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education. OR Master's degree (or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D. as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements) directly related to the position, examples include business administration, customer service management, marketing and other related fields. Education must be in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. OR A combination of education and experience. For example, 1 full year (18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours) of graduate-level education (i.e. 50% of education required) and 6 months of creditable specialized experience (i.e. 50% of the required experience) would equal 100% of the required experience for the position.
