Personally own and lead full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership-level roles, ensuring high-caliber, high-readiness hires. Partner with the ELT and Finance to manage the headcount plan, aligning hiring priorities, budgets, and approvals to business needs. Manage, coach, and develop the recruiting team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Build scalable and consistent recruiting programs, processes, and tools that deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Oversee and optimize the recruiting systems and technology to increase recruiter productivity and data accuracy. Lead talent marketing and employer branding efforts to attract diverse, high-impact talent globally. Partner closely with the People and Finance teams on forecasting, workforce planning, budget tracking, and onboarding. Provide ongoing recruiting insights and reporting, including hiring velocity, cost per hire, and candidate quality metrics.
