WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1 As a Strategic Account Manager - Clinical Lead, you will be a member of the H1 Account Team for one of H1's top 20 pharmaceutical accounts. You will develop deep, trusted relationships with Clinical team stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and product expert for H1's Clinical suite. Deeply embedded in your client's organization, you will understand the pressures of trial timelines and site performance, position solutions that address their evolving needs, and help them unlock the full value of H1's data solutions and AI-powered Clinical solutions. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving account retention, renewal readiness, and expansion across ARR and Services opportunities. You will: - Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and other sales activities to qualify expansion opportunities and communicate the value of H1's Clinical product suite. - Build trusted, consultative relationships with mid-level stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Site Selection, Feasibility, Patient Recruitment, and Regulatory functions, serving as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. - Execute multi-stakeholder account strategies that drive retention, renewal readiness, and expansion, identifying and progressing ARR and Services upsell opportunities across therapeutic areas, geographies, and study phases. - Support Executive Business Reviews by contributing account health insights, product utilization data, and strategic expansion narratives that demonstrate H1's value in accelerating trial timelines and reducing site risk. - Proactively monitor accounts for risk signals, including low adoption, stakeholder turnover, or competitive activity, and develop mitigation plans to protect against churn. - Become a deep product specialist in H1's Clinical suite, staying current on new features, use cases, and the evolving landscape of clinical trial data needs to credibly advise customers and internal teams. - Translate customer feedback and unmet needs to shape H1's roadmap for Clinical-focused solutions. - Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting for your accounts, providing timely deal progression updates to leadership. - Partner with other members of the Account Team (Account Director, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation Managers) to ensure seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, and escalation support. ABOUT YOU You are a strategic, client-focused sales professional who thrives at the intersection of data, life sciences, and clinical research. You bring credibility and confidence when engaging stakeholders across Clinical Operations and Study Feasibility functions. You understand the pressures these teams face, from finding qualified sites and investigators to predicting enrollment, planning for diversity requirements, and avoiding trial delays. You are skilled at building relationships across multiple layers of an organization, uncovering expansion opportunities, and managing complex accounts with rigor and care. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS account management or sales, or hands-on experience within Clinical Operations, Site Selection, or Feasibility teams at a Pharma, Biotech, or CRO organization. - Familiarity with clinical trial workflows, including site and investigator identification, feasibility planning, patient population analysis using claims data, diversity planning, enrollment forecasting, and CTMS integration. - Experience managing renewal cycles and driving expansion ARR and Services revenue within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, preferred. - Strong relationship-building skills, with demonstrated ability to develop trusted partnerships at the mid-level stakeholder layer and above. - Comfortable conducting discovery conversations, product demos, and value-based selling conversations independently. - Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, and Legal teams to manage account health and complex situations. - Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time. - Fluent in Danish and English, based in Copenhagen with the right to work in Denmark. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, aligning their strategic business objectives with H1’s solutions to deliver measurable value. This is a senior, quota-carrying sales role, responsible for driving account expansion across business units, regions, and product lines while strengthening long-term partnerships and maximizing client impact. This role is required to be on-site in office in Copenhagen.    You will: - Serve as the executive-level point of contact for strategic accounts, building long-term, trusted partnerships across C-Suite, Regional, Franchise, and Business Unit leaders. - Ensure account retention by leading Executive Business Reviews, navigating renewals, and proactively addressing risks to customer retention. - Act as H1's ambassador within customer steering committees, driving alignment between customer priorities and H1’s roadmap. - Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that expand H1’s footprint through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. - Identify and drive new business within existing accounts via tailored prospecting, customer events, and networking. - Gain a deep understanding of customer initiatives, industry trends, and emerging business needs to anticipate opportunities. - Partner with H1’s Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to negotiate renewals, expansions, and complex agreements. - Provide structured, data-driven feedback to Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. - Represent customer perspectives internally, ensuring H1 delivers best-in-class solutions and support. - Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and pipeline for your accounts, maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and deal progression updates. - Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams (US and international) to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement. - Become a subject-matter expert in H1’s products, services, and value proposition to credibly engage with executives and technical stakeholders.   ABOUT YOU You are a highly driven, strategic sales professional with a consistent record of exceeding targets within complex enterprise environments. You excel at deep discovery, uncovering business priorities, and translating them into meaningful value for clients.
