Program Manager (Supervisory Program Manager)

To qualify for this position at the FV-J (FG/GS-14) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level, FV-I (FG/GS-13). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized Experience: experience managing a multi-disciplinary program through subordinate supervisors or team leads. This experience must include translating executive vision into strategic objectives and orchestrating long-term budget planning. Experience establishing program evaluation frameworks and resolving systemic operational risks that impact an entire organizational subdivision.
