DescriptionWe’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the USRM Marketing organization on our Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a group that is shaping the Liberty brand through high-profile campaigns across major partners and platforms. As a member of the Advertising Team, you’ll play a role in developing and executing creative work that drives brand growth and engagement. From planning through production and optimization, you’ll help translate brand and business objectives into well executed advertising. Partner closely with media, creative, and research teams.Terrestrial & Digital Audio AdvertisingExecute Liberty Mutual’s audio advertising strategy across terrestrial radio, streaming, podcasts, and emerging media. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Liberty shows up in audio, tracking performance, sharing insights, and making optimizations to drive reach and listener engagement.Campaign Operations & Cross-Team CoordinationHelp support day-to-day advertising operations and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed, helping the team deliver consistently strong work at scale.Sponsorships & Branded Integrations SupportAssist in the planning and activation of sponsorships and branded integrations that strengthen Liberty Mutual’s presence in culture and across key moments. You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute custom content and experiential activations, while supporting measurement and reporting.QualificationsBachelor`s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organizationRequires advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practicesExperience working with and/or managing outside agenciesStrong oral and written communication skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple prioritiesStrong knowledge of relevant technologiesStrong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skillsStrong presentation skills requiredBudget management and project management experience preferredAbility to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationProactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team`s performanceDemonstrates understanding of insurance industry, products, services, and trendsActively seeks to expand and integrate marketing knowledge and skills into recommendations, as well as function responsibilities and the connection to the broader organizationAbout UsPay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
