To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Developing and implementing long-range, enterprise-wide strategic communication plans that align with agency priorities; Leading the coordination and execution of high-visibility communication initiatives across multiple organizational components; Providing leadership or project management oversight to a team responsible for executing communication, public affairs, or enterprise engagement programs; and Serving as an organization's liaison to traditional or digital media staff and other partners on national, state, and/or regional issues.
