HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/CLASSIFICATION)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing a wide range of recruitment, staffing, and placement services, including: Managing projects, resources, and technical performance; Ability to effectively and persuasively communicate both orally, and in written formats; Research, analyze, and apply human resources management concepts, laws, policies, practices, and analytical methods; Provide strategic recommendations, innovative solutions, and alternative courses of action over a variety of staffing/recruiting/placement functions. Experience in assisting classifying general schedule and federal wage system positions to apply a wide range of classification and position management regulations, precedents and procedures. Ability to utilize OPM qualification standards to review resumes and pre-qualify applicants for positions.
