Serve as a key legal partner to the business across corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, compliance, employment, privacy, data security, and operational matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including software, SaaS and AI, vendor, technology, data-related, confidentiality, service, licensing, and other business agreements. Maintain corporate securities filings with the SEC, such as Form 4, Form S-8, Form 8-K, and other similar filings. Provide legal guidance on corporate transactions and agreements. Manage contract matters end-to-end, including intake, drafting, negotiation, stakeholder alignment, escalation of material risks, and final execution. Develop and improve legal templates, contract playbooks, clause libraries, approval workflows, intake processes, and scalable legal operations practices. Assist with regulatory and compliance-related contract issues involving employment, privacy, data security, consumer protection, corporate securities (SEC), and financial technology. Support disputes and coordinate with outside counsel when needed. Perform special legal projects for senior leadership. Support department-specific strategic initiatives, such as those impacting the People, Product, and Business Development teams. Manage and maintain non-U.S. subsidiary corporate governance compliance requirements for foreign entities.
