About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience .in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on human resources procedures and regulations to support administrative operations; 2) Utilizing office software and computer programs to support and manage databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines; 3) Interpreting human resources laws and policies to recommend solutions to personnel and entitlement discrepancies; and 4) Communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to share information, correspondence, and reports summarizing data to all levels of the chain of command.
