Drive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of AI tools across the People function Build and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, performance cycles, and other key processes Create self-service tools and intelligent assistants to improve stakeholder experience and reduce manual intervention for the People team Establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage, including governance, prompt standards, quality control, and change management Partner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and streamline inefficient or manual workflows Own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scripting Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data Engineering, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready People Technology solutions Lead the technical delivery of new system implementations, migrations, and decommissioning initiatives as the tech stack is simplified and modernized
